To ensure that you receive emails from Rank Club LLC, you must first add our email address (@rankclub.io) to your contacts list.
By whitelisting our email address, you ensure that our invitation message will make it into your primary inbox and not hit your spam folder.
How to whitelist your email

Gmail
- 1Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Settings
- 2Click on Filters and then Create a new filter
- 3Enter the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the From field "@rankclub.io" and “rankclub.io”
- 4Click Create filter with this search
- 5In the box headed When a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam
- 6Click the Create filter button

Yahoo! Mail
- 1Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings
- 2Click Filters and then Add
- 3Enter a Filter Name
- 4Enter the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the Sender field "@rankclub.io" and “rankclub.io”
- 5Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to
- 6Click Save and then click Save again

Windows Live Hotmail |
- 1Open your mailbox and click “Options” (upper right hand corner).
- 2Click the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
- 3Select the “Safe List” link.
- 4Copy and paste "@rankclub.io" into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.
- 5Click the “Add” button next to the dialog box.

Outlook 2007 |
- 1Select Actions > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail Options from the menu in Outlook.
- 2Go to the Safe Senders tab
- 3Click Add.
- 4Type our domain name "@rankclub.io"
- 5Click OK.
- 6Click OK again.
If you already have a message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders list in your Outlook Inbox (or the Junk E-mail folder), the procedure is even easier:
- 1Open a message from the sender (or a sender at the domain) you want to add to safe senders.
- 2Select Actions > Junk E-mail > Add Sender to Safe Senders List or Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List.

Outlook 2010 |
- 1Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then MORE EMAIL SETTINGS.
- 2Select Safe and blocked senders and the Safe senders
- 3Add the domain of the email you want to whitelist to the list of Safe senders
- 4Return to Safe and Blocked senders and then select Safe Mailing Lists
- 5Add our domain name "@rankclub.io" to the list of Safe mailing lists

Mac Mail |
- 1In the Mac OS X Mail top menu, click Mail > Preferences.
- 2Click the Rules tab.
- 3Click Add Rule.
- 4Type a name in the Description field, such as "Whitelist: rankclub.io" to identify the new rule.
- 5For the conditions, set the first dropdown menu item to any, so that it reads: If any of the following conditions are met.
- 6In the next two dropdown menus, select “From” in the first, and Ends with for the second.
- 7In the text field following Ends with, enter the domain's name "@rankclub.io" into the field.
- 8Click the plus sign next to the last condition to add another domain with the same criteria if you want to whitelist more domains.
- 9In the Perform the following actions section, set the three dropdown items to: Move Message, to the mailbox: Inbox (or specify a different target folder of your choosing).
- 10Click OK to save the rule.
- 11Close the Rules window

Mozilla Thunderbird for PC |
- 1Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Preferences
- 2Click the PRIVACY button
- 3Tick the box where it says “Allow remote content in messages”
- 4Click EXCEPTIONS button
- 5Type in “rankclub.io” in the ‘address of website’ field
- 6Click on SAVE CHANGES
If you already have a message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders list in your Outlook Inbox (or the Junk E-mail folder), the procedure is even easier: |
- 1Either highlight the email or open the email
- 2Click on NOT JUNK button on the upper right corner of the page.
